Rails takes the ease of programming web applications to another level. It is so easy to interact with a database and write a database oriented application, that it almost seems like a dream. The concept of ActiveRecord is awesome and makes the life of a programmer much easy. The ability to generate application stubs by layers (M,V &C) is phenomenal and lends itself beautifully to a robust and rapid programming environment. Way to go Rails! Nothing like it in the last so many years. I believe writing a distributed application would be quite interesting. Maybe I will give it a try in few weeks time.
